This trek is one of the most beautiful treks for all the mountain lovers, especially for short
travellers. At the climax of this trek, you’ll climb Poon Hill(3210m) at dawn to get pleasure from
one amongst the foremost spectacular mountain scopes on Earth. From where is seen Dhaulagiri
(8,167m) and Annapurna south(7219m) along with a maze of other peaks.
Day 01: Pick up from the airport!
This day, there’ll be no any activities, you will be resting in the hotel and our representative will
take you to look around on the few local sights.
Day 02: Departure to Pokhara by bus or flight.
Day 03: Pokhara to Ulleri!
It takes associate hour drive to Nayapul so commences our trek to Birethanti, a large and prosperous
town besides the Modi River. We head the main path to Sudami wherever we tend to climb bit by
bit up the facet of the valley, reaching Hile (1495m) before pushing on to Tirkhe Dhunga. From
here the trail crosses a stream and then ascends a steep stone staircase to the large Magar village at
Day 04: Ulleri to Ghorepani.
This is a pleasant walking day today. We trek through rhododendron and oak forests and across
streams before making a short, final climb to Nangethanti. From Nangethanti we head up to
Day 05: Ghorepani – Poon Hill – Tadapani
We rise up very early and begin an hour hiking to Poon Hill (3195m). A brilliant spectacle, this
viewpoint provides an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the high Himalayas. After spending
near about forty minutes on the slope, we come back to Ghorepani, have a hot breakfast, and start
walking to Tadapani. From Ghorepani, the trail climbs along ridges and through pine and
rhododendron forests to Deurali (2960m). We descend to reach Banthanti, then wind our way to
Day 06: Trek to Ghandruk
This is an easy day with short downhill. From Tadapani the path descends steeply through forests so
the path eases as we tend to reach Ghandrunk. Ghandruk is a village of Gurung people, one of the
ethnic groups of Nepal, has their own dialect, culture, costume, and lifestyle. Ghandruk is one
amongst the known destinations of trekkers for its lovely mountain views and simple reach from
Pokhara or Kathmandu.
Day 07: Trek to Birethanti Naya Pul; then drive to Pokhara
From Ghandrung it’s easy walking all downhill to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara.
Day 08: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu or the other destination.
